Very good!
Cozy, beautiful, comfortable. Charming pool with two saunas.
I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly, but the smell of cat pee is unacceptable! It is necessary to disinfect the room 8211 bathroom. Uninteresting breakfast. Even when ordering a la carte, it is of a low level.

What was the highlight of voco Stockholm - Kista by IHG
Very business-oriented hotel, great pool, very helpful staff
Staff was really helpful and friendly... they found a way to solve all the challanges we were facing with; gluten- & diary-free breakfast and dinner, parking struggle, booking of a pool. Hotel interior is very nice, restaurant is bit expensive but serves very tasty food, pool was awesome (but limited for kids until 5pm).
The view from the room was terrible, it was quite cold (22˚C), the Sauna was broken at the time of our visit, and the pool was limited to my kid until 5PM, which was quite frustrating since we couldn't arrived to the pool sooner than 3:30 PM ... even if we (me and my son) were the only persons at the pool, and my son didn't jump or screem, the receptionists came to ask us to leave, because of the hotel children policy. Also, they weren't really prepared with gluten/diary free options for the breakfast (the cook was awesome and he prepared something special then). We got a parking ticket because hotel itself doesn't provide parking but you have to pay it through the Easy Parking App - which I did, but wasn't pay attention to the registration plates stored in the app, so I had to pay 900SEK of a parking fine. The receptionist was very helpful with the further parking and offered us one of their staff parkings for the rest of our staying, which was really kind and saved our struggles at least a bit.

What was the highlight of voco Stockholm - Kista by IHG
My stay was enjoyable, the hotel is beautiful, the furniture is comfortable, the staff is polite.
I knew that the hotel was luxurious based on the pictures I saw online, but I had no idea how luxurious it actually was until I got there! The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are supplied with cocoa, tea, coffee and small snacks, which is very sweet and thoughtful. The rooms and hotel are spotless! The location is super close to Helenelund train station, the metro station, Kista Galleria and Kistamassan. If I ever come to Kista in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
I arrived at the hotel after 10PM one evening and I wasn't told that I have to scan my hotel room key against an automatic reader in order to enter the hotel. I wish someone had told me that when I checked in. Luckily, I was able to realize how to get in.

Extremely good staff! There were two girls in the restaurant, Klara and Ersa that made the entire stay for us. Very service minded, friendly and always smiling. They made us feel like we were at our friends house.
